Job Description:
We are currently seeking a hardworking and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team at Royalty Cleaning Services LLC. As a Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for performing apartment turnovers in Nashville, TN and ensuring that each unit is cleaned to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed cleaning tasks during apartment turnovers, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing
- Inspect and maintain all cleaning equipment to ensure they are in good working condition
- Notify management of any repairs or replacements needed for cleaning equipment
- Follow all health and safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Complete apartment turnovers in a timely manner while meeting quality standards
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred
- Detailed in Residential Cleaning
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Reliable transportation to travel to and from job sites
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed
- Must be able to pass a Background Check/Drug Test
